It is the policy of Searchlight Memories not to share any personal information about our clients with others.  Searchlight Memories values your privacy as we do our own.  Searchlight Memories does not collect data about you through our web site.  Our web site provides you the platform to research and book your own travel needs or to contact us to have us book your travel.  If you choose to book your own travel through our web site, some personal information may be collected by our affiliates in order to complete your travel arrangements.  In this case, please read the privacy policies associated with our affiliates.  Searchlight Memories is not responsible for privacy policies of our affiliates.

Exceptions:  During the normal course of booking your transportation arrangements, Searchlight Memories may provide certain personal information to third-party companies/businesses in order to ensure your reservations are properly completed.  Personal information is not collected through our web site.  Should you choose to have Searchlight Memories book your travel arrangements, any personal information required to complete those arrangements will be requested via telephone or email only.
